Audio Response System Tips

VoiceTouch24-Helpful Hints
- Call 321-455-9400, option 2 or 800-662-5257, option 2.
- For first time activation, choose option 3.
- Speak your response or key it! Speak your response to the audio prompts at any time during the menu, or use the key response, or you may mix your responses.
- Press the # key after every key entry for faster response time.
- When asked for an account type, press ** to hear a list.
- The * key is used as a decimal point. Example: $100.50 would be entered as 100*50.
- Suffixes for all accounts are on your statement.
- Press 1# for Yes, 2# for No, when asked - Is this correct?
- All of the history inquiries will give you the last five posted transactions. To receive an additional five, say "more" or press 1#.
- If your ATM card or checkbook is lost or stolen, you may block your account from all withdrawal activity by selecting code 297#. Your account will remain restricted until you contact us during regular business hours.
